If you choose “Not Ready” your information will remain private and will not be posted on the Talent Showcase. We will keep your “Not Ready” intake form for up to three (3) weeks before deleting it. Follow-ups are completed on all intake submissions within 1–2 days.

By submitting this form I consent to, acknowledge and understand all of the following:

  1. I have valid legal authorization to work in Canada.
  2. I agree to the publication of certain details from my talent intake form on the mypump.ca talent showcase web page whenever I submit a talent intake indicating that “Yes, I am available now” for work assignments.
  3. I acknowledge that details from my talent intake form will be shared with organizations who have potential roles that match my experience and background.
  4. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an email message using the Contact Us Form. Withdrawal of my consent will result in immediate deactivation and removal from the mypump.ca network and mypump.ca Talent Showcase.
  5. I understand that mypump.ca reserves the right to permanently remove any talent intake profile that does not meet the eligibility or alignment requirements for the mypump.ca network. 
  6. I have read and understand the Privacy Policy outlined for the mypump.ca website.
  7. I confirm that the information provided in the talent intake form is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
