About

How did mypump.ca get started?

Irene MacLean worked to get mypump.ca up and running in June 2026 with a mission to help connect many of the wonderful professionals she has known over the years in front of small businesses, start-ups and early stage organizations that value seasoned talent. Often these organization don’t always know where to find the right people when they need them. As an independent business woman, Irene is keen on building a sustainable network of seasoned leaders that can step forward when impromptu work engagements arise. Irene would love to connect and chat about whether this new way of working is for you or your growing organization. Yes, Irene is a living breathing person, find Irene on LinkedIn!

Why was mypump.ca created?
The network puts a spotlight on talent that can help solve temporary gaps in the modern workplace. Organizations need experienced management support, but not always on a full‑time or long-term basis. At the same time, many seasoned professionals are looking for flexible, meaningful work without the constraints that often come with traditional employment. The mypump.ca network helps bring these two realities together.
Where does mypump.ca operate?
The network is an Alberta-based business.  It was first launched in Alberta with plans to grow organically across Canada.
How does the mypump.ca network grow?

The network uses word-of-mouth, good referrals and collaborative partnerships to source the best people. Whether you’re chatting with a skilled professional or an organization that needs support, recommendations help build a strong network where expertise meets opportunity — simply, and professionally. So thank you kindly for visiting the website and spreading the word!
